How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking ID. You can use this ID on our courier partner's website to monitor your package in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened beauty products.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to over 20 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on the destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. SoulTree is committed to ethical beauty; we do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes within the domestic region.
